Physiotherapy for adults
About therapy
Physiotherapy for adults is based on a thorough examination and subsequent targeted therapy, which can use special physiotherapy techniques to release contracted areas or joint blockages and very quickly relieve pain. The human body has an incredible ability to compensate and can overcome high workload for a long time. This also applies to the movement system. If we do not pay attention to the overload for a longer period of time, the difficulties can be chained in different ways on the body, and this is associated with a longer time for their healing. According to our experience, the physiotherapist and the client they work with must always find agreement in the long-term solution.
What do we deal with most often?
- Back pain, the so-called vertebrogenic algic syndrome (VAS)
- Bad posture and scoliosis (VDT)
- Degenerative changes in the joints and spine (arthrosis)
- Neuralgia, enthesopathy, bursitis
- Peripheral and central paresis
- Strait syndromes, such as carpal tunnel
- Bruises and sprains of joints, joint instability
- Deformities in the area of the legs, flat feet
We also deal with clients who have suffered injuries or operations, where appropriately chosen physiotherapy helps to return to an active life.
