Mgr. Klaudia Mitrová

Physiotherapist

After completing her bachelor’s degree, Klaudia directed her steps towards Erasmus in the Czech Republic in order to gain the necessary experience. Subsequently, after her master’s degree, her work in various departments directed her to gynecological physiotherapy, in which she is trying to develop further.

About Klaudia:

She deals with pregnant women, diastasis of abdominal muscles, women after childbirth and related problems. It solves problems of the pelvic floor, such as dysfunction, sterility, painful menstruation, incontinence and others. She also likes to attend to orthopedic clients after operations and injuries. She is also interested in athletes, as she herself has a positive attitude towards sports and personal experience with volleyball.

In therapy, he looks for the best solution, which depends on mutual cooperation, communication, trust and positive motivation. He tries to make the therapy meaningful to the clients and to help them in everyday life as well.

In his practice, he uses soft tissue techniques, mobilization, kinesiotaping, cupping and procedures based on the works of prof. Karl Lewit. She also uses knowledge from neurophysiology, developmental kinesiology and likes to work with the perception of her own body. He is a certified therapist of the gynecological-urological concept of PPA (Palačšák Pelvic Approach) for women.
